Love the bottle flows a lot easier than our old bottle

I was disappointed with my purchase, I found the bottle leaked when I was getting the drinker part down and found it was heavy and cumbersome to use. A shame as it is a nice looking piece of equipment.

Hello Susan,

We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with your bottle. I have had a look through out incoming email and couldn't find anything from your email regarding an exchange or returning the item.

If the item is faulty and leaking then we would be happy to have the bottle back for inspection and potential replacement.

Thank you

Absolutely brilliant product. Genius design and it looks smart as well.

It's a water bottle and, in this respect, does what it claims to be. But the supposedly bendable spout from which a dog might drink is incredibly difficult to drag into place.

Hello Mark,

Thank you for your review.
We've sold a number of these bottles and this is the first report we've had back of an issue.

If you'd like to send us a video of the issue to sales@muntjactrading.co.uk we can can from there.

Thank you
