Jennifer Thomas – JT Dog Training and Gwidigada Gundogs
Hi, I’m very excited to be a new brand ambassador for Muntjac Trading.
I have a true passion for all animals and was brought up with horses and dogs. I now live in a small village just outside Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire with my husband. We have two children Olivia 23 and Hugo 19. We have 5 working Labradors, 1 Working Cocker Spaniel and 2 cats.
In my late teens I enjoyed eventing and hunting with my horse Arthur and at home as a child we always had lurchers. Once we moved to Princes Risborough approximately 16 years ago, I decided to get my first working Labrador Lulu, she was amazing and taught me so much. I really enjoyed teaching her to become a gundog and decided to breed from her and increase my pack. I’ve always picked up regularly on local shoots with all my dogs, competed them in working tests and last season I entered my first field trial with Margot. We got a COM on our first outing which I am very proud of. I’ve most recently bought a gorgeous black working cocker spaniel called Purdey, she is a real compliment to my pack of Labradors and I’m enjoying our training journey together.
I’ve always been a huge fan of Muntjac Trading and their products. Always a friendly face to see out at the many shows, great service and the products get delivered promptly.
I have found that the Mystique dummies are of excellent high quality and the dogs really enjoy retrieving them, no matter what size, shape, or type - they also last a long time. The colour selection is great and perfect for dogs of all ages with the variety of weights and sizes.
I would say that my favourite product is the Mystique Canvas Dummy Ball 150g and can see that there is now a Mystique Canvas Speed Ball 150g! Great as a fun reward for excellent recall and to also teach good marking skills.
